Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of Dual Snake (the “app”), provided by Agentum Cloud LLC (“we”, “us”) and available on Google Play. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the app on devices you own or control, for your own private, non-commercial entertainment. You may not sell, rent, redistribute, reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source of the app, except to the extent that restriction is prohibited by law.

The app is provided “as is”

The app is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Agentum Cloud LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the app. This is a free game; nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Intellectual property

The app, its code, artwork, sounds and name are owned by Agentum Cloud LLC and are protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you no rights in them beyond the licence above.

Changes to the app and to these Terms

We may update, change or discontinue the app at any time. We may also update these Terms; when we do, we will post the updated Terms at this address and change the “Effective” date above. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
