Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Agentum Cloud LLC (“we”, “us”) handles information in connection with Dual Snake (the “app”), available on Google Play.

Dual Snake collects no data. None at all. It does not track you, does not identify you, and does not send anything anywhere. The sections below say so in full, because “we collect nothing” is still a policy we want on the record.

What we collect

Nothing. The app collects no personal information and no usage data. There is no analytics, no advertising, no crash reporting, no account and no user profile.

What we share

Nothing, because there is nothing to share. No data is transmitted to us or to any third party, and there are no third-party SDKs in the app.

Network access

The app works entirely offline. It does not request the Android INTERNET permission, so it is not technically capable of sending your information anywhere — this is not a promise you have to take on trust, it is enforced by the operating system.

Data stored on your device

The game keeps no save file, no settings and no history. Every run starts fresh, and nothing persists after you close it.

How we keep data secure

Because no personal or sensitive information is collected, transmitted or stored, there is no user data at risk — nothing to intercept, and nothing to breach. Any personal or sensitive data we did handle in future would be transmitted using modern encryption (HTTPS); today there is simply none.

Data retention and deletion

We retain no data about you, because we collect none, so there is nothing to delete. If you uninstall the app, no trace of it remains beyond what your operating system manages.

Children

The app is suitable for all ages and collects no data from anyone, including children under 13. It is not directed at children specifically.

Your rights

Because we hold no information about you, there is nothing to access, correct or delete. If you have any question about this, you can still reach us at the address below.

Changes to this policy

If a future version of the app changes what data it handles, we will update this policy before that version is released, post the updated policy at this same address, and change the “Effective” date above. Material changes will be described here.
